Escola de Maria

Throughout the pastoral year 2022-2023, Domus Carmeli carried out a School
of Mary Training Program, consistent with building up an itinerary for a prayer
life taking the Virgin Mother of Jesus as a model and teacher of prayer. This
School of Mary has been addressed to all those who had been taking classes in
any of the previous editions of the School of Prayer (www.escoladeoracao.pt )
began in 2018, but it stays also available to those who didn’t have any contact
with the School of Prayer yet, as it was a Marian and Eucharistic itinerary of
prayer, with its own autonomy and novelties.

Carmelite Marianism Training Program

On the pastoral year 2024-2025, Domus Carmeli held a Training Program on
Carmelite Marianism. This formation plan delved into the sources of this unique
relationship going down the centuries between the Carmelites and the mother of
Jesus. We uncovered and marveled at many riches and treasures. Diving in
Marianism of the writers and saints of Carmel and their knowledge on Her
helped us to grow in the prayer life and in following Jesus. This Formation
program was delivered throughout 24 hours of classes, offered in 4 modules,
over 4 weekends.
