In this small booklet of thirty-five pages, the Prior General of the Carmelite
Order, Kiliano Lynch, being moved by a conversation with Sister Lucia (and
other factors) seeks to highlight the resonance between the devotion to the
brown Scapular and the message of Fatima, particularly in the apparition of
October 13, 1917, in which Lucia reported the aparition of Our Lady of Mount
