This work, by Nilo Geagea, seeks to present a global synthesis of Marian
spirituality on Carmelite way throughout its several centuries of existence,
particularly in what concerns Marian influence over the Carmelite charism. It
unfolds at two levels: (A) The influential cause, that is, the Carmelite charism,
"explained in its coordinates and in its agility"; and (B) The outcoming effect,
that is, "the prevalence of the charism over the Marian piety of our ancestors".
These two levels are then explained along three sections: (I) The Carmelite
charism; (II) The Marian influence of the charism; and (III) Conclusion. Available
