This assignment intends to speak about Marian life in Carmel and to trace back the historical, religious and spiritual progression that can be stated on Marian thought in the context of the Carmelite Order. To attain this, the author proposes a study of Marian concept and popular devotion throughout the first three centuries of the history of the Order (from 13 th to 15th centuries).
